Shipping Policy & Website Policy

Shipping days are Monday-Saturday ! 
(Unless Emergencies) 
Please allow up to 48 - 72 hours for money to be processed . All orders will have a process which is 3-7 business days not including weekends or holidays. 
All sales are final ! (Meaning: once you place an order you can’t cancel it a few days after)
We DO NOT accept Exchanges or Refunds if you order the wrong size ! Please make sure everything is correct once you order. 
If you file a report saying something is “fraudulent” or “unauthorized” the package will be intercepted back to me. P.S. you will not be able to shop with us ever again !!!! 
P.S. IF SHAYBEAUTYLAND RECEIVED A CHARGEBACK FOR ANY REASON YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM SHAYBEAUTYLAND & POSTED AS A SCAMMER.  We do NOT deal with liars & scammers , only honesty is accepted. If you would like a refund or if someone else used your information fraudulently EMAIL US IMMEDIATELY ! 
If your package gets sent back to me for any cause you will have to go to “extra shipping fee” & purchase it through Shaybeautyland ! 
Exchanges only accepted if there is fault, mess up on my end, or if the product is destroyed/messed up. All exchanges must be confirmed through my email at shaybeautyland@gmail.com
Customers are responsible for all their own shipping costs.
Please allow another 3 - 5 business days for orders to arrive after being shipped. If you pay for priority then it will arrive between 1-3 days. If you are not in the US it will take between 2 - 4 weeks to arrive unless you pay for EXPRESS!
Pre-Ordered items take up to either 2 - 3 or  3 - 5 weeks {NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS} 
Please ensure shipping address is correct before placing your order; as that information can NOT be updated once sent out. If your address is incorrect please contact us IMMEDIATELY ! We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address.
Once orders are shipped please contact USPS or UPS for any and all concerns.
If you have any questions start off by saying hey my name is..... & my order number is... We will not handle disrespect from anyone.

If your package arrives damaged or broken: You will have to contact the carrier of the package & file a report that they damaged your items. The only way we can fix it you will have to contact us; include pictures, order number, etc... within 3 days of delivery ! If it’s been more than 3 days your return isn’t eligible.
